Economic Impact of Hispanics on Long Island

According to "Economic Impact of Hispanics on Long Island" (a study published by the Horace Hagedorn Foundation):

Hispanics add $5.7 BILLION to the Long Island economy, in consumer spending.
Hispanic businesses contributed nearly $2 BILLION dollars in sale, in the last year posted (2002).
Hispanic residents contribute $614 more to local government budgets than they receive in benefits.
